Roshni is a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company. She previously spent two years as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs in the Natural Resources Group. She earned a B.S. in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University, where she was also the co-president of Stanford Women in Finance. ​​​​​​​​​

Director of Tech

Burcu recently completed her Master’s in Electrical Engineering at Stanford and currently works at Nvidia as a System Design Engineer. She is passionate about working on innovative hardware products as well as supporting women in tech! Burcu has benefited a lot from mentorship throughout her journey and is excited to give back and support the next generation of women in engineering.​​​​​​

Director of Law

Hannah Basali is an incoming 1L at Harvard Law School. From Cleveland, OH, Hannah studied political science at Stanford University. Hannah interned at the Cohen Group, US Senate, and the US State Department. Following graduation, Hannah was named a Tom Ford Fellow in Philanthropy and completed a fellowship with the Ford Foundation in the Civic Engagement and Government - US sector.​​​

Grace is an Investment Banking Associate at Goldman Sachs in their Natural Resources Group, where she's spent the last three years. She is originally from the Bay Area and graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2022 with a degree in Business Administration and Management and Finance, where she was also the President of the Women in Business Association.

Ayesha is originally from New Delhi, India and graduated from Stanford in 2024 with a degree in Symbolic Systems and a focus on Human Centered AI. She is now an Associate Consultant at Bain in San Francisco and has spent the last 5 months in their Private Equity Group.​​​​​​​

Director of Medicine

Samira graduated from Yale College in 2023 with a degree in Neuroscience. She spent a year working as a health economics consultant in the Bay Area before returning to Yale for medical school in 2024. Samira is passionate about surgery, health economics, and advancing health equity. She is excited to serve as a mentor and connect with other women who are pursuing careers in medicine.

Princess is an aerospace, aeronautical, and astronautical engineering student at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi, Ghana. As part of a Girl Up initiative, she's created the app SheSTEAM to increase the number of women in STEAM in her community.​

Director of Marketing

Sarah is a builder and thinker at the intersection of GTM, investing, and product, with a deep love for fast, scrappy experimentation. She currently helps run education and growth at Clay, a data enrichment startup. Previously, she’s worked across sales, ops, design, and product at early-stage startups, with a focus on customer experience and narrative.
