Roshni Padhi

Founder & Executive Director

Roshni is a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company. She previously spent two years as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs. She attended Stanford University, where she was also the co-president of Stanford Women in Finance (SWIF). As a SWIF and Girl Up alumna, Roshni is passionate about paying forward mentorship and is excited to continue to uplift women around the world. ​​​
