Zenith NFP ("Zenith") is a nonprofit mentorship network that provides a platform for individuals to voluntarily connect for educational and professional guidance. Zenith facilitates introductions but does not sponsor, supervise, monitor, or control the mentorship relationships that may form as a result. Zenith’s role is limited to offering a platform for connections. Zenith does not sponsor, endorse, or take responsibility for the actions, advice, or conduct of any mentor or mentee. The existence of a connection through Zenith does not imply Zenith’s approval, certification, or backing of any individual or their professional qualifications. Mentors may share perspectives or experiences, but such information does not constitute professional, legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. Participants should consult qualified professionals for such matters. Any relationship, communication, or arrangement between mentors and mentees is undertaken independently by the participants. Zenith is not a party to, and does not assume responsibility for, any outcomes, agreements, or opportunities arising from these connections. By participating, you acknowledge that Zenith, its founders, affiliates, board members, and volunteers are not liable for any claims, damages, or disputes that may result from mentorship interactions. This includes academic, professional, financial, reputational, or personal outcomes. Zenith expects participants to engage respectfully and ethically, but assumes no responsibility for enforcing compliance or preventing misconduct. Any disciplinary action (such as removal from the program) is at Zenith’s sole discretion and does not imply responsibility for participants’ conduct.All participation is voluntary and at your own risk. By engaging in mentorship, you release and hold harmless Zenith from any and all liability connected to your participation.
